Banking Consultant, my main role is account opeining and educating customers around online usage.
It was beneficial to get an outside view on how I carry out my day to day job and has increased my confidence.
The programme itself was enjoyable however as my tutor left Learn direct, I had no communication from Learn direct for around 6 months until I contacted them directly.
I feel valued
When I had a tutor it was very well organised, however as stated previously, I had no contact for 6 months.
