customer service assistant: Cash handling and till management, customer relationships, complaints, bereavement forms, personal development
no - i did not find any of it new or exciting. i found it all quite boring im afraid
i loved going to edinburgh at the begnning and hearing about this exciting journey i woud be going on. Unfortunatley it did not live up to expectations. I loved the mid year event and was completley inspired but i didnt learn anything on the course. my coourse handler was very disorganised (asking me to do things then forgetting to go over them. i dont feel she really went over much of my work. she missed appointments and would phone instead but i dont think she looked at any of my work)
i feel very valued by my company.
it wasnt. The tutor wasnt great (see previous answer). i loved the trips and meeting other apprentices but they all seemed to have better experiences than i did
little to none - i didnt need it but nothing seemed straightforward.
my employers were fully behind me. gave me time to study, gave me time away to attend the trips. they were very encouraging.
i dont see how this question is relevant?
