In charge of the running of a Barclays branch. Ensuring all of our colleagues are doing their jobs correctly and managing a team to ensure customers get the best experience possible.

The programme is structured well. The roles you work through are laid out so you know how the progression looks over the course of the 3 years.

Massive amount. If I need support or help with an assignment or university work, I can ask for it from my lecturers or personal tutor.
