  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role mainly involves interacting with customers and helping them make money, save money or to make their banking easier. I carry out transactions for customer and help them with any queries they may have. I refer customers to my colleagues if I see anything where we can help them. I also show them alternative channels on how they can do their banking and help them

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • The support I received from my apprentice provider was fantastic. If I had any queries about even the smallest thing then I’d email my trainer and I would receive a reply within 24 hours which was great! Anything that was more urgent then I could call her and she’d be in contact the same day.
