I am a banking consultant, I see customers to open current accounts, savings accounts, loans, credit cards and home insurance. I also help customers with enquiries and phone customers up to let them know about offers.
Learnt how to deal with complaints/difficult situations and remain professional. Better at being a team player and working efficiently, take in consideration feedback.
Love learning new skills wish I had more time to get things done.
I feel quite valued in some things, I think there is a great chance to progress and I do think it is a good company to work for. For me it is perfect but some colleagues dont agree so this sways my decision a little.
My programme wasnt well organised to start with as my mentor left the role and was taken over by someone else, so they had to sort what hadnt been done and was a bit of a rush but he did a good job and I finished it on time.
Loads of suppoirt recieved from my provider learn direct.
Not as much support as I would of liked from my employer, not much time is given or it is pushed back behind other things and seen as an inconvience.
I believe my salary is very good for my age and skills.
not many opportunities outside of work.
Yes
I would recommend if they are good with customer service and like being around people and can keep calm under pressure and can follow rules. I like it because it is challenging wheras other people might not like it.
got to be a people person, dont get stressed over things, always ask for help when your not sure!
