  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is fairly organized at the start we had lots of training and support internally and externally. We have been to study days to help support us with our exams. We also have 1 and 1 meetings as well as group with our manager on a regular basis. However there has been sometimes where there has been a few mishaps due to everyone not 100% sure what they are doing due to it being a new programme but these problems were easily resolved. Overall the structure is clear especially in terms of the path of the apprenticeship and our future at UBS.
