Yes definitely. My tolerance for nonsense has vastly increased. Thing that would have before really annoyed me now don't bother me. I've realized that it is a valuable skill to entertain things that you might not necessarily believe in yourself. In doing this, your breadth and depth of mindsets increases, making you a more refined, rounded individual. I believe that in my time here, that is coming along nicely.
There are its benefits and its negatives. There is that with every role. I think its too early to make a proper judgment as I am still learning what is expected of me from my role.
I'm not sure.
There is structure, however the structure isn't obvious to other people other than the apprentices.
