My current role in my apprenticeship is around leading community projects. I currently get to manage my own diary, but also ensure that I am meeting my objectives within my 121's and personal development areas.
Leadership skills Influencing skills Working with different people-adapting to different personalities and learning styles Coaching and developing colleagues
Really love it and would totally recommend
Quite values, they are putting a lot of time and effort into my experience
Not very. Our programme manager is very inefficient and doesn't respond to our queries and questions
From our programme manager-None. From our training provider at the university-loads! She is really supportive and is definitely our go to person if we need any help with anything
Some-My programme manager within Barclays is not very good at communicating and lacks urgency to answer your questions, or get to know you as an individual
Very well. I really value the salary and package that I am fortunate enough to receive
Not really. If you want to get involved in something outside of work, it would be your responsibility to do so and to organise yourself
Yes
Generally good employer Well known brand Training and development opportunities
Be yourself. Barclays is very much interested in your personality and what you can bring to the company, rather than purely your academics
