Software developer, involved in agile delivery, ensuring we produce high quality software whilst delivering it in a proper manner. Daily interactions involve stand ups, meetings with product owners alongside querying developers to assist us when need be.
I've learnt develop skills, analysis alongside product owning.
I enjoy the flexibility, relaxed attitude, alongside motivation we've been given.
Extremely good benefits, however not much internal recognition at all.
Induction was good, bootcamp wasn't what I expected it to be. Working in a self organised apprentice team also was a poor choice, due to personalities wanting to do more than others as they want to learn more, excluding the development of those around them.
Guidance with coursework only.
When queries are needed, we can go to developers else where to assist us, everyone is friendly.
Living and travel costs aren't really too well covered in the salary, although it is good, London prices means to's not to par with living standards.
Plenty of company events, volunteering opportunities alongside social gatherings.
Yes
Extremely fun place to work in, a lot of flexibility and value for the work you do.
Be yourself, and be a key member of any team you're involved in - it will reflect on your application as a whole.
