Im was a customer advisor in a bank, working in the financial sector helping customers on the counter and on help and advice
I have gained and developed from this job, so much that I have progress in my career.
I enjoyed the programme as it was my daily task. But unfortunately I found the programme dragged on longer than it needed to, as i had conquered most areas and the asessor needed alot of information as my first asessor left early.
I feel very valued and treasured the opportunities that they provide.
The learn direct programme was structured but I felt it could be layed out better.
They provided me with the workbook and I used my knowledge and with research was able to learn all the necessary areas.
My employer gave me support, as they gave me time and acknowledge the course
The salary is fair in respect to what I was achieving at that time.
There are many opportunities to get into different areas of Lloyds banking group and this is all accessable to me.
