I assist the project managers delivering changes for the bank. My day consists of a lot of planning as well as dealing with stakeholders, I often have to attend meetings and calls regarding the different projects.
I feel I have become more organized in my time as well as increasing my knowledge of project management.
I think it's great, we have a fantastic salary, the company is great and so are the people. Most important the opportunities are endless.
Massively we are given a lot of time and everyone is always willing to help and answer questions (even if it's a stupid one).
It is well organized but some times there could be a bit more communication
We have an assessor assigned to us as a group and he is very helpful and willing to provide guidance
A lot nothing is too much
The package blows similar apprenticeships out the water
There is a lot of opportunities but you have to look for them
Yes
yes the company treats the staff brilliantly, the benefits package which you receive as part of the company is great.
Remember this is a project management apprenticeship so planning is key!
