My role is to work within the broadcast operations departments. On a day to day basis this can involve checking incooming feed for quality, ensuring material plays out correctly and addressing any issues that may arise.
Yes. I feel I have learnt new skills and developed my existing skills extensively.
I do enjoy my programma but found it hard to adjust to shift pattern,
I feel I am treated as a full member of staff.
My programme is more organised in some areas than others. However I would say that overall it is well oprganised.
I have recieved help from everyone. They have all been very welcoming.

There are some training days outside of work that I have attended over my time here. These are all beneficial to the apprenticeship.
Yes
It is a great place to work. The staff are all very understanding and helpful and look after you.
Just be up for trying something new and importantly show an interest in what you do.
