Cashiering and balancing a sterling till, customer service, dealing with queries and complaints, organising my day in a fast paced environment.
Developed communication skills, learned new skills in regard to processes and back office tasks.
I've enjoyed the programme very much.
I feel valued as a colleague of Lloyds banking group and my peers, we have a great team at the branch and work together to meet overall goals.
On the whole mostly organised, though not so much at the beginning where I had a change around of assessor and initially I was waiting quite some time for my first assessor and then for my new assessor so I had moments where I didn't have a direct support for the programme in place, but once I had my new assessor Natalie, things started to fall into place.
Once everything was in place as it should have been I had a lot of support from my assessor and when calling learn direct they were helpful.
I receive much support from my employer especially in the branch I'm currently in.
It covers all my bills and rent and leaves me with enough to save or invest every month.
There's a lot of community based things within the group to help fundraise and better the community and we have different groups to attend for digital and ones that are equality and diversity related.
Yes
Overall I've enjoyed the programme and look forward to what's to come next.
Just be yourself, and be ready to serve a multitude of customers with many different needs. Keep organised and you'll complete the programme with flying colours.
