I deal with complaints each day this requires me to be efficient and work as part of a team and by my self
I have learnt quite a lot of new skills and developed my existing skills
I do enjoy the programme I have learnt quite a lot
we was told the apprenticeship would be 12 months then to be told it would be 18 months. Also there was no clear indication of the criteria of the profolio we have to build
I receive lots of support from my training talent coach Angela

We was told we could become permanent member of staff after 12 months but then we was told 18 months this interferes with out salary increase
