My role is to service premier customers and help them to manage their accounts. I am the first point of contact for customers.
I have built more confidence and team working skills. I also am able to work independtely and manage my work efficiently
I enjoy learning new things and gaining further qualifications for my job role.
I feel very valued by Barclays as I am gaining positive feedback and rewards from other colleagues and my manager
The programme is organised as I always get the time off the phone that I need to complete my work and do work in my spare time.
I receive a lot of support from my training provider as she always makes sure my work is complete to the right standard.
I receive support from my employer with my programme as she always makes sure I have enough time to complete my work.
My salary meets my costs.
I am not aware of many opportunities outside of work.
