- answering calls from customers from Direct Line, Churchill and Priveledge - completing amendments such as change of address or other details - dealing with customer issues - completing admin requests for customers
- i have developed my skills with dealing with difficult customers - ive learnt about insurance and what it can provide for customers
I enjoy my programme because of the people i work with and also the skills i get to learn on a daily basis
yes my manager always keeps me updated with my progress and my team makes me feel very welcome
it is very well organised we have our weekly training time to learn for our apprenticeship and this is always scheduled before hand so we can be prepared i have very good support from my trainer aswell
i have access to loads of resources provided by my training provider we can always contact them aswell by email or phone
i receive loads of support from my manager he even helps out with the learning side of things hr team is always very supporting of the proccess
the salary is great especcially for an apprenticeship, i have enough for travelling to work and to also have a good social life
there are a few oppurtunities for volunteering but not loads

good teams, good ethic, supporting and ambitious
be confident, honest and professional interviwers are friendly and you shouldnt be nervous
