  • My role invoked providing customers with answers to their questions, information for their queries and completing anything they may need for their banking whilst providing them with a high level of customer service!

  • I have built my customer service skills and greatly developed my knowledge of the fianance industry and banking processes.

  • I throughly enjoy it as I am able to gain qualifications whilst doing a job I greatly enjoy!

  • Extremely valued on a daily basis by the company, managers and colleagues.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well however I feel that we should be given more time for our meeting with our assessor than 1 hour every 6 weeks or so

  • All the support I receive comes from capita through my apprenticeship talent coach and i receive a great deal of ongoing support from her

  • I receive support from my manager and through the company as it allows me to have my meetings with the trainer

  • Perfectly

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • Yes this apprenticeship allows me to further my skills that will help both inside and outside or Barclays and also on a personal level

  • It's a fantastic company that looks after its employees extremely well and understands that if staff feel valued and are happy the customers will be as a consequence


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?
  • Make sure that you live and breathe the values on a personal and professional level because that's the main thing to make you do well and go far. If you do then you will enjoy coming to work everyday and your love of the job will be a love of customers which brings amazing opportunities
