Starting work before my contracted hours to be ready to serve customers spending the day with minimul staff and having customers to serve as well as other jobs/tasks that need to be completed.
I would say that from the apprenticeship itself I have not learnt anything new that would help me with my job role as it does not have anything that I need in my job role attaced to the learning, it would be better if it is role based rather then a blanket course
I didnt enjoy my course i felt it hindered my develpment within my role more then help it, this is due to staff in my branch not knowing what it involved and not having the staff in the branch for me to be able to complete it
the company as a whole i can not comment on
for what it is its ok would work better with office staff then staff working in a branch
support was good when asked for help
not a lot of support from employer as management kept saying i had to do other things when I was trying to do apprenticeship work and when I asked my manager for some help with it i got the same answer each time of i dont know the answer to that and you shouldnt be doing that now you should be standing in the banking hall, other staff collauges where very helpful when asked for some support though
doesnt really meet them at all I have to work a second job to make ends meet which means most weeks i am working 7 days a week with one day off a month, (I earn the same now with morgatge and two children as i did in 2010 with no bills or children)
With working 7 days a week and two young children i have no opportunities outside of work
Yes
as you dont work evenings
make sure if working in a branch not hired as an apprentice
