I work as a project assistant/project manager and I am a involved in the development of new technology/apps for the tablets.
I've learned a vast amount of project management specific skills, as well as developing more generic skills such as relationship managing and presentation skills. Opportunities to develop are very frequent.
I am enjoying the subject matter of my work as well as the interaction with my immediate team and other apprentices.
I'm very happy at LBG.
The programme has been well organised however the collaboration between Lloyds and learning contractors (learndirect/PDS) could be slightly better.
Support is available quickly and whenever needed.
Support is always available, there isn't any issues I Don't feel comfortable speaking with my line manager about.
My travel costs have increased since starting the role and my salary has not fully matched the increase. I live in Leeds which is a reasonably expensive city and so I do find it difficult on the current salary.
There is a vast amount of extra opportunities that work provides such as diversity networks, charity activities etc. I live in Leeds where there is a lot to do!
Yes
I have and will continue to recommend LBG. LBG looks after all colleagues and provides excellent benefits (staff mortgage, Flex benefits, cycle to work). I feel there is a huge amount of opportunity for me within Change management and the group.
Understand the culture we have here (Group values, vision etc) and have the right attitude.
