I thoroughly enjoyed my programme however there is nothing for me to progress onto. I also couldnt go to my graduation so I have never recieved my graduation certificate for this course.
I feel extremely valued i have now completed two apprenticeship courses and developed new skills via this. However the next level up for myself is management but finding it extremely difficult to get a management job as there isnt many opportunities at the minute and i now cant progress on with the apprengticeship scheme until i move into management
Very well organised and structured no issues apart from that the end graduation was unable to attend as wsa on holiday and have never recieved graduation certificate
I recieved enough support I needed [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was brilliant I thoroughly enjoyed working with her aswell any time I needed her she was there for me.
I recieved support at the beginning however doing my RBCB this was all done at home and no time taken at work. However when i had questions if I approached my managers they were there to help always.
No additional costs in relation to training when first attended graduation train cost was covered
No
Yes
I am extremely satisfied with my job, my benefits and additional support I get from my employer and is a great place to work.
Be yourself. Regardless of nerves, anxiety or anything else that may intimadte you or frighten you but that to one side and just bite the bullet. You have to grab these opportunities with both hands and you will not regret it.
