  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • training provider- learn direct was difficult. I had their managers call some of the apprentices 'special cases' even though the issues created was of their own doing. Also for the last 3 months I had no assessor and I had to guess what I was doing based off the mark scheme

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I work in London, everything is inflated, from your lunch to buying a birthday card. But paying £3900 on a season ticket is really tough. There is provisions made for apprentices that work and live in London, but for those commuting in there is nothing and we are usually facing a higher bill and I find this incredibly unfair.

  • yes there are some negatives, but you will never find a nicer bunch of people and they are always incredibly supportive, from the senior leadership down to a cashier. We are a human bank, and the staff do care.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
