Very. The group are committed to putting empoyees like myself through apprentice and other learning to ensure they have a well qualified work force.
Very. It had a clear programme to follow from start to finish. Along with tutor guidance this made it easy to follow.
As much as I needed. There was a monthly visit where my tutor would come and assess me however they were at the end of a phone if I ever needed extra support.
Again as much as was needed. Maybe a bit more time could be allowed for undertaking tasks in relation to the programme however it was my choice to complete the majority of the programme at home as it allowed me to concentrate on my job at work.
My salary is standard work package and not an apprentice wage therefore I was fine.
Oppurtunites are there if you want them. There are plenty of websites with courses you can sign up to.
