Each day differs, this is due to the nature of my role but this can include such thing as managing plans, taking meeting notes etc
I have improved my skills all round and developed allot more this has enabled me to become a more valued member of the team
I thoroughly enjoy it
I feel valued by the majority of staff but some members still think apprentices are here to run after people
Sometimes the programme is ran well but on numerous occasion I have rolled off a project to find that I had to sit on the bench. The university course can sometimes be poorly organised along with NVQ work
Lecturers are always available to help, but return of marks on assignments have all been delayed with little or no feedback
Since joining my current role I have received fantastic support
If you take into consideration how much we are paid with university costs we do receive a good wage, but other companies are paying more
There are little opportunities outside of work but when there are there is allot of interest and I feel the process used to select candidates is not visible to others and could imply that it is not selected at random or could be chosen on personal preference
Yes
Fantastic company image, other companies are always looking to hire people from Accenture so that must say lots about the company on a whole.
be confident and passionate about your work. Apply yourself throughout the application process and dont be put off if you get rejected keep applying. be persistent by keeping on applying for the apprenticeship role this show Accenture how much you want to be part of the company.
