Banking advisor, have to provide customers with information. have to be good at time keeping and keep to the plan
nvq in providing financial services. this means that I learned the inner workings of the business and I was able to apply these to my everyday job role.
I enjoyed learning about information that isn't normal within the role. I liked the team that we had built up and that everyone helped each other.
I feel valued but to the same extent as other colleagues who have not completed the apprenticeship.
the programme wasn't structured very well as it was a little bit choppy. there was a rush at the end as there wasn't the correct amount of time left for the final project.
the training provider was supportive but again felt rushed at the end as she had forgotten to complete one of the sections.
my employer gave time off the phone to complete this however the majority of the task needed to be done at home.
there where no costs and my salary has been standardised.
there are no opportunities to take what I achieved to anything outside work.
Yes
the team are great to work with and the salary is good for what we complete on a daily basis.
be prepared to complete everything at home. and just embrace the information.
