Sheet metal work apprentice, this currently involves learning a number of different skills within the sheet metal shop
Yes the training has been very good. I continue to learn new skills every day.
I enjoy the work environment I currently work in, the leadership within my workplace, and I am happy with the style we are taught.
I feel like the support you receive as an apprentice is very good, and opportunities are endless within the company.
There is good organisation within my workplace. Sometimes the communication between us and our apprentice coordinator could be a little more regular.
There is good support, slightly more communication with the coordinator would be better.
I feel I have full support by BAE Systems.
As I am a mature apprentice the wage to begin with was a struggle, but this is a good wage for apprentices so I have no complaints.
Yes
Great opportunities, good place to work.
