  • I work in the Fraud & Disputes team within LBG. I am a level B so I make sure the team is running fine, attend meetings with higher level managers, give my manager a plan of action for the day and carry out processes within the team and help colleagues when needed.

  • I have developed my communication skills through the apprenticeship.

  • I enjoyed the programme as it gave me my NVQ level 2 in business admin.
