I work in the Fraud & Disputes team within LBG. I am a level B so I make sure the team is running fine, attend meetings with higher level managers, give my manager a plan of action for the day and carry out processes within the team and help colleagues when needed.
I have developed my communication skills through the apprenticeship.
I enjoyed the programme as it gave me my NVQ level 2 in business admin.
I feel extremely valued and I am very proud of what I do.
It was very organised and structured well.
I received support when I needed it.
My employes have supported me from day 1. I have always been pushed to do other things around my day to day work.
It meets them well.
There are many opportunities outside of work but I want to work my way up within LBG.
Yes
Its a fantastic company to work for and there is plenty of opportunities to grow within.
Keep your head down, work hard, get noticed and enjoy yourself.
