I was on a business admin apprenticeship so I mainly done admistration work. This included filing, emailing, answering phones and other admin tasks.
I developed my excel skills and commuincation skills whilst on my apprenticeship.
I really enjoyed my second year when I was placed within Human Resources.
I feel like I am a valued employee at Bakkavor.
I found parts of my programme difficult as my coursework didn't fit well with my placement within the training department.
I was well supported by my managers, colleagues and college tutors throughout my training.

The apprenticeship salary was better compared to other companies however now coming from scheme causes salary increase issues for me.
I don't believe that there are many opportunities outside of my work.
