As a tester analyst I work on functional testing. Testing application releases that go into test and preprod. Either on screens or the server sessions.
I have learnt most of what I do today on the job. I use other knowledge I knew before joining to help out but I'm learning most days.
I enjoy my job that I do everyday. But the emphasis on other apprenticeship work isn't as great.
Yes. Everyone on my team at work and all the IBMers I have met have been supportive, kind and always willing to help if I need it.
The Apprenticeship its self could be more organised. Sometimes it seems the the managers in charge are not sure on what the qualification intails, because a) two many people in theirs unit b) not enough communication with the college providing the information
I feel very supported by my team at my job. And mostly by my manager
The company have been very supportive. I am very impressed with how they coped with the recent London attacks making sure all their employees were safe.
Very happy with it. But I do live at home still.
I think so but I don't look very hard.
Yes
Great experience and great people
Stay calm if you are right for the role you will be selected .
