  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role is currently an operations support consultant. My role is like an in house HR role, with my colleagues supporting colleagues holidays and sickness procedures, ensuring that they are inline with LBG HR procedures. My team tracks this on an inhouse headcount database with all colleagues information stored centrally. My main interactions on a day to day basis include team and operation managers
