Telephone advisor dealing with all customer querys and complaints
Yes i have learnt how to open and close conversations
I really like the programme i am on and learning new stuff every day
I feel very valued and when i get my feedback its nice to know they appreciate what i do for customers
Its very well organised and learning in steps and adapted to how we perform
We got plenty of help from our coaches ans training provider , i would like to have longer sessions
Lots of support from my employer everyday i get help from them
I think for an apprentice our salary is really goos and i can meet my costs
Not at the moment as i am doing a lot of charity work after work

100% i have already recommended friends because od the training you receive
Take your time and be focused on your training and not think its just a wage you have to want to do this
