I work in a Client Servoce role which involves day to day banking queries of the clients. Servicing requests include account servicing like Standing orders, balance queries etc
I am an internal candidate therefore this experience is helping me develop existing skills
I enjoy my programme as it gives me opportunities to network and do more things outside of work
I feel valued as I am heard and opinions are counted. Also, for my performance, i get acknowledged and get involved in more opportunities
The programme is fairly new and therefore everyday is a new day and we are all working on it to give it a structure
Training provider is very supportive and always there. Also, they keep tabs and are very understanding
Employer is supportive, however they could have been given some more understanding of the programme than they already have!
My salary package, as an internal candidate could have been a bit more as the package is that of a B2 and the role is of a b3. However i understand my qualification is being paid for. but i commute from far and that takes a huge chunk of my pay
There are a whole lot of networking opportunities. you need to keep your eyes out for it. You have to design your own path while working here
Yes
I have learnt a lot being with barclays and there are many opportunities that are available for growth.
Know about the five values and be prepared to demonstrate them at every stage. Also, justbe yourself.
