I work as a CTM training to be a team leader, my role involves a bit of everything. I use the tills, help with deliveries, I do date coding, planograms, I count the safe and the tills, I do Gap scans, PoS, SEL's, I send back newspapers, I waste products at the end of the day and I also reduce products.
Everything I have learnt is new to me, I have never worked in retail before so going from having no experience to having lots of experience in less then a year has been very exciting
I love my apprenticeship, although there was problems at the beginning of my apprenticeship I feel that we have been able to work through the problems to make the programme for myself a wonderful one.
Working in my store I feel very valued all of the management want to see me go far and are so supportive of my apprenticeship.
For a new programme I am very pleased with how the programme is organised.
I can say that I receive 100% of the support I need to complete this programme
My manager and the team at the Co-op are so supportive I don't honk I would have made t this far without them!
It's a very good salary and it funds for all the travel it costs in buses etc to get to and from work.
I'm not sure how to answer this question..
Yes
Co-op have been a wonderful introduction into the retail world and I feel like I can grow within the Co-op.
100% apply because it will change the way you see the retail world and it's got lots of opportunity to reach for.
