I am an essential banker where i take inbound calls from Barclays customers and help with their day to day banking queries.
Yes, I have learned about regulations, policies and procedures Barclays adhere to and why with help from my apprenticeship.
I enjoy learning in different ways and the apprenticeship has catered for this.
I feel valued as a member of staff and feel my opinions are listened to.
Very well. The apprenticeship has a journey to follow so that I know where I fit into this. My Talent coach makes appointments to see me and we have regular contact.
Anytime I need support, I have have my Talent Coach details and she will always come back to me. I see her regularly and she will always keep me updated with anything I need to know.
My manager is very supportive and understands the apprenticeship. my manager and talent coach also stay in contact regarding my progress.
I believe the salary is good and the bonus is an incentive to ensure the qualification is gained.
