My job role is to call customers through the outbound dialler, to book reviews and to review, to discuss premier and solve any customer queries.
I have learned a wide range of new skills, and continue to grow through further training and development and of course on the job too.
I really enjoy this, I just wish more ime was made for me to complete NVQ and more time off phones to do more learning and studying, I have kids with behavioral problems and find it extremely hard to work at home.
I honestly feel so valued, this is by far the best and most rewarding job I've ever had,the people are great all the way from the top.
I get contact with my assessor now and again, it's mostly up to myself to complete work in my own time which is very difficult.
She is available when I need her
Not much to be honest, a day or so every 6 weeks for development.
Salary is fine.
I haven't looked as I left working here.
Yes
