As a day to day role the program set me up pretty well to a point, but then it fell apart and lost communication and direction.
yes, but most of which was self driven after the intial introduction
it started off very strong but after the initial introduction then didnt feel like i was one at all
by my local team yes, as part of a program no
it isnt after an intial introduction
limited
locally alot, but not from program runners
pretty well
some but most off them are the other side of the country so often left feeling excluded
No
As a program it is unorganised and i didn't feel supported, they went through three program runners within 18 months and mostly palm'd you off to your personal manager anyway. I have since made more progress on my own then following the program.
in interviews be your self they are after personality
