Contract Delivery Manager My job focuses on forecasting the revenue for cloud integration and to bill all work to the customer (expenses and labour). To be able to to achieve these goals I am in constant contact with consultants, business partners and mangers. I work using many databases and track this using an large workbook on excel.
I have completed many courses (e.g. PEL 2) internally where my confidence has improved significantly.
Really enjoy being an IBMer
I feel very appreciated by my colleges and managers during team catch ups and meetings.
I have taken 6 months out on maternity leave during my apprenticeship. During this time I felt very supported by my foundation manager- she even came down for lunch to meet my daughter
I have had two foundation mangers that have supported me well
My manger is very supportive however most my work is remote so have only met him a handful of times
Based in Southbank living costs are high so I have quite a long commute to Watford. However IBM allow me to work from home to keep my costs down
There are many outside activities for foundation at IBM
Yes
its the best
be yourself!
