Im a Premier Relationship Banker. I proactively contact customer to make sure they are getting the best out of there banking. I am trained to do end to end lending, opening savings accounts and look for the best solution for the customer at that point in time.
I am developing the RCBC level 3 for my apprenticeship.
I enjoy the team I am apart off as we are all going through the same journey.
I feel very valued by Barclays in the stance that my team won team off the year in the latest awards. But less valued for the incentives as doing the same job as others who work around me and don't get the same incentives that they get.
Not very as other apprentices get time off the phones to do their course. But my team has never had that.
I see my training provider once a month were she provides guidance and support. I am able to contact her with any questions at any time.
We have developments days to use to help complete the apprenticeship.
Ok.
Yes there are a lot off opportunities to take advantage off.
Yes
As it is a very nice place to work, with nice team leaders and market leaders.
Keep calm and be confident. Dress smart and be yourself.
