work in a customer facing role taking care of a variety of banking needs for companies with a turnover between £3million and £25 million
Professional banker certificate. the role has given me a chance to work on my teamwork, communication and banking knowledge
the programme has been good but there was a lack of structure involved in the programme
at first I felt extremely valued but at the moment there are jobs being cut in my department and its not a great time to be there.
the programme was well organised but there was a lack of structure in training and development
bpp were really helpful and my assessor went out of her way to provide me everything I needed
my line manager was great and helped every step of the way
extremely well paid considering its an apprenticeship and hard work is well rewarded
I have taken part in many extra curricular activities, all round opportunities to get involved and meet customers

because there is so much that you can do in the bank
take every opportunity you can and if there is something you want to do just ask
