I am a moment banker and my day to day role is to serve Barclays customers over the phone.
I have learned the Barclays computer systems and security. I have completed all TLS regulatory training. I am completing my Trailblazer customer service award in financial services.
I enjoy my job and believe in the values and behaviours of the company. I enjoy my apprenticeship as I learn new things all the time.
I receive appreciation from my manager where necessary and feel valued as a member of the team.
Full induction and training given before going onto teams. I would like further support for savings as I was not signed off for this when I should.
sufficient amounts of support given by my talent coach. I am in contact with her regularly.
Whenever needed I receive support from my manager.
Salary could be better but i believe it is good for apprentices
