    • Customer service skills have developed and I have learnt how to deal with challenging customer service and different situations

    • a lot, itc can be hard sometimes but it's such a great opportunity

    • Well by capita however in branch it has been difficult to get the time to complete my apprenticeship

    • A lot she is very supportive

    • Moderate as it's a busy branch and with staff shortages I have not the time to complete work inside of working hours

    • Yes working for this type of employer and having this apprenticeship will open many doors

    • Just with the opportunitys that you do get

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?

    • If doing an apprenticeship maybe look in The offices to do so as the branches are very busy to get all work done
