Apprentice essential banker- working on the counter, serving customers and dealing with queries
Customer service skills have developed and I have learnt how to deal with challenging customer service and different situations
a lot, itc can be hard sometimes but it's such a great opportunity

Well by capita however in branch it has been difficult to get the time to complete my apprenticeship
A lot she is very supportive
Moderate as it's a busy branch and with staff shortages I have not the time to complete work inside of working hours
