I am extremely pleased to have been selected to do an engineering apprenticeship, it's worked out amazingly for me, i am studying advanced engineering and learning a lot. It pays more the the average apprenticeship and the company treats you really well, not afraid to put you through different course
Yeah learnt lots of new skills and development new ones, with meny of different people with different skills it's a very easy place to learn.
I really enjoy this program, always learning and progressing
Great company doing great things will to teach people and train them up
Started out a little poor but really got moving after a few months, now have a real strong structure on place
Plenty of support is provided, and plenty encouragement
