My role within Barclays is to register new customers to use the products. I also have to ring customers on a daily basis to provide them with information
Thoughout the course my confidence and public speaking skills have developed massively
I really enjoy my programme and would recommend it to anyone that is looking for an apprenticeship
I feel very well looked after at Barclays as they really care for their employees
My programme is well structured and is easy to work towards
I receive lots of support by my training provider, they are always there for me whenever I need them and are always willing to help
I receive lots of support from my employer, they are very well organised so that if I have a problem there is always someone I can go to
My salary/ package meets my costs perfectly. I have plenty of money to get by

They really look after their staff and care for everyone. There's always a positive attitude in the workplace
Just be confident and have confidence in your own ability. Prepare well for your interview and get some background knowledge of the company. Also, dress smartly
