My role entails processing orders, liasing with customers and providing a efficient service to point of delivery
I have training in SAP and other bespoke softwares within the company. I have been on courses geared towards developing communication both verbally and written
The team I work within are easy to get along with and have helped support my learning whilst not treating me like a student. The work has met my expectations and has allowed me to get a fuller understanding of the working world
I have had amazing feedback from both my manager and more senior members of staff, account managers have expressed their gratitude when working along side them.
Right from the beginning the scheme was well set up with monthly meetings and all work provided within a timescale I could achieve with impacting my work. I was included in as many meetings as possible to extend my knowledge of products and the company as a whole
My training advisor helped greatly with making sure I could still maintain a decent level of input to my qualification whilst getting on with my work. There was support when required and regular meetings meant that issues could be resolved quickly
My manager has been great at making sure sufficient time was allowed to complete my work towards my qualifactions
