My job title is Trainee Commercial Manager. The day to day tasks involve the valuation process, tender documentation, change control and reporting. The responsibilities includes looking after sub-contractor packages. Updating monthly cost reports. Prepare and contribute toward tender documentation. Prepare and contribute to the scope of works within the tender documentation. Creating pricing schedules. Preparing contracts to send to sub-contractors.
