I have to advise and solve issues of Barclays customers and work as a customer service advisor.
Yes I have learnt that I have to ask a lot of questions to find the root cause.
Every day there is something different and a challenge.
When a good job has been done you are congratulated and acknowledged
Very I have a schedule to stick too and always know what to do and when.
If I need support I just have to ask and I know who to ask
