Part on the National Enforcement Team overseeing Driver and Vehicle Safety across the UK
Yes, new software usage and presentation skills. Time management has improved along with report writing.
I enjoy the program and I am pleased to have had the opportunity to participate.
Extremely
The program with the Civil Service is well structured and supportive, however the Learning and Training Partner seems at times unprofessional and not able to deal with the volume of Apprentices
The assessor herself is very supportive but I believe her caseload is too much to be effective.
I have a very supportive team around me and I am lucky to have such a positive line manager.
It is ok, as an older apprentice I have more commitments than usual aged apprentices and maybe consideration should be given to this.
Not that is visible at present. I have children and home commitments which means I have little personal time.
Yes
Because I enjoy it and it feels secure
Go for it. It's a massive learning experience and opens your eyes to how it all works and the opportunities that await you.
