I am a customer service assistant who aids customers with any everyday banking needs they have and also assist them by directing them to the correct channel/service or person if necessary to help them further
I have developed existing customer service skills through the apprenticeship assisting my customers with a higher level of customer service and efficiency
I enjoyed my programme immensely when i took part in it
I feel very valued by Lloyds Banking Group and the time they have taken to invest in my development and training
It was very clear and well structured with deadlines set for training to be completed and further meetings to take place with my tutor
I received a lot of support from my tutor but wasn't given much branch time to complete any necessary coursework during the time of my apprenticeship
Not much as stated above
It suits if fine for this moment in my life
Probably but I have not looked further
Yes
They have always supported me and stood by me to develop my skills and self as an employee
Just be open minded about the opportunities available to you within the network
