I am a PA for a deputy director in the department for communities and local government. I manage her diary, arrange meetings and provide brifing information and agendas before meeting. in addition to this I am an admin for the large housing sites team. this entails arranging meetings, organising events, fixing IT issues, setting up new staff members with ITaccounts and responding to the public
