I am a Project Delivery Fast Track Apprentice. I job shadow project managers, set up meetings, attend meetings, take minutes, learn about risks, learn about stakeholders.
I have learnt how to engage in a professional manner with people and in turn it has helped my confidence to grow.

Quite vauled. I feel with more experience and time I will feel very valued.
To start with it was not the best organised, however overtime this has improved, and I have a better understaning about what I have to do.
