I am a team leader and help manage agents to ensure they do their job correctly. This can involve keeping on top of stats and solving any problems they have such as complaints.
Yes I have gained management skills as well as people skills which help me communicate with my team in the correct way.
I am really enjoying it especially learning new skills!
I feel valued regardless of my young age which is something I thought people would treat me differently on but I am treated equal.
It is very organised and I know exactly what I am doing and what I need to work on each week.
My training provider makes sure to keep in contact at all times and addresses any problems or worries I have straight away.
My manager is great and checks on me frequently to ensure I feel confident in what I am doing.
My salary is amazing and I am very lucky to only live 20 minutes away.
Yes there are several things on offer such as trips and walking clubs.
